As an artist she is driven to explore with and develop techniques that create texture and depth. The world is not flat and neither is her work, although at first glance or from a distance they seem 2-D as the viewer comes closer the compositions expose layers of intricate details. Her collages are photographic, paint, paper and varied mixture of found items. She is inspired by parades, festivals, summer carnivals and nature, they capture a playful and lively atmosphere. Her colors are vibrant and festive, the shapes are organic, playful while depicting the sense of floating or gentle moving breeze.
